Your Body Has Been Carrying More Than You Realize.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO KEEP WORKING AROUND YOUR BODY
Â
Maybe you've been living with the same aches for years.
Maybe an old injury continues to affect how you move.
Maybe you've tried different approaches, but the same patterns keep returning.
Over time, you may have learned to work around your discomfort.
You change the way you sit.
You move differently.
You avoid certain activities.
You simply accept that this is how your body feels.
But your body is connected.
The area where you feel discomfort may be only one part of a larger structural pattern.
Your pelvis, spine, posture, gait, and fascial system can all play a role in how your body moves and feels.
Myofascial Release gives us an opportunity to look at the bigger picture.

INTRODUCING MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
What Is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release works with restrictions within the muscular fascial system.
Fascial restrictions can create significant pressure and restriction throughout the body and can contribute to chronic pain patterns, limited movement, and structural imbalances.
Through intentional, sustained Myofascial Release, Angela works with these restrictions and gives the body an opportunity to soften, release, and create more space.
Her approach is personalized to your body and your individual needs.
The intention isn't to force your body to change.
It's to create space for your body to release, reorganize, and move differently.
Â
Your Body Deserves More Than a Single Appointment.
Â
One session can introduce you to the work.
A series gives you the opportunity to continue exploring.
Over six sessions, you have time to notice patterns, experience changes, return to areas that need more attention, and develop a deeper awareness of your body.
This is a process.
Your body has its own history, patterns, and pace.
The six-session series gives us space to work with that.
Â
This Is More Than the Time You Spend on the Table.
Your MFR journey can become an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with your body.
You may begin noticing:
- How you sit
- How you stand
- How you walk
- Where you hold tension
- Where you feel restricted
- Where you feel space
All sessions also have the option of incorporating guided relaxation techniques and awareness practices.
The more aware you become, the more you can begin to participate in creating and maintaining positive structural change.
